Amethyst Hair Artistry Appointment Policies & Agreement By booking an appointment at Amethyst Hair Artistry you accept to the terms below: Refunds All appointments are non-refundable. If a situation occurs where you are not happy with your hair, please let us know before leaving the salon. We will always make it right to the best of our ability as client happiness & satisfaction is a top priority. We are not mind readers, and if you are not happy with your hair, and you leave your appointment saying you love it, we assume you do! Not one of us ever wants you leaving our chair unhappy, so please always give us the opportunity to make it right. Cancellations & No-shows As a business that runs on scheduled services, we please ask you always arrive on time. We do allow a 10 minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time, though it will cut into your service. If arriving later than 10 minutes we have the right to cancel your appointment and charge a 50% of your scheduled service. No-showing your appointment will result in a 75% service charge and you will be banned from our online booking, please call or text for cancellations, we do not accept instagram DMs or emails for cancellations. 603-400-5583 We ask all cancellations be notified 48 hours (when possible) prior to your appointment as it is hard to fill last minute openings. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service. no showing your appointment will result in 75% charge of your scheduled service price as it is highly disrespectful to our artists & their time. we always send multiple reminders via email & text message at your convenience. thank you for your understanding and cooperation Photo & Social Media release Please let us know if you do not wish to have any photos or videos of you or your hair on the internet or our social media.
